Send a useful correction
Include the page, the fixture or statement in question, and an official source if you have one. For a schedule correction, please include the date and time zone. We review reports before changing an edition.
Privacy requests
Use the same email with “Privacy” in the subject line. Tell us what you would like to ask or request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or identity documents in an initial message.
Subscription support
We cannot manage a broadcaster’s account, payment or cancellation. Contact the service that bills you for help with those matters. There are no subscriptions or purchases on this website.
